Broccoli, Egg, Chicken leg or thigh, Tomato, Cheese
A quick casserole of broccoli, chicken, egg, tomato and cheese — a balanced, protein-rich bake that comes together fast. The egg and cheese bind it into soft squares ideal for self-feeding toddlers from around 10 months. Bake until set and golden, then cool and cut into manageable pieces.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3-4 florets
- Egg1 pc
- Chicken leg or thigh1 pc
- Tomato1 pc
- Cheese20 g
Instructions

Finely chop all ingredients. Grate the cheese using a fine grater.

Add the egg and mix everything together.
