A quick lunch of tender meat with carrot, onion and soft pasta — a simple, balanced one-pot meal that comes together fast on busy days. It delivers protein, vegetables and gentle carbs for babies from around 8 months. Cook until everything is soft, cut the pasta short, and serve warm.

Ingredients

  • Any meat50 g
  • Carrot1 small
  • Onion1/4 pc
  • Oil1 tsp
  • Water400 ml
  • Pasta (dry)70 g

Instructions

    Place the carrots, meat, and onion in a pot with water and boil until cooked.

    Meanwhile, boil the pasta.

    Add the cooked carrots, meat, and onion to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Mix the pasta with the puree and add the oil.

    Sprinkle with herbs.
