Quick Pancakes

Banana, Wheat flour, Corn flour, Egg, Chia seeds (after one year)

Quick pancakes blend banana with wheat and corn flour and egg for a soft, naturally sweet breakfast ready in minutes. The banana brings natural sweetness and energy with no added sugar. A reliable option for babies from around 8 months — pan-cook gently until set, then cool and serve in strips.

Ingredients

  • Banana90-100 g
  • Wheat flour2 tsp or 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tsp or 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds (after one year)0.5 tsp
  • Egg1 pc

Instructions

  1. 1

Mash the banana with a fork and add the rest of the ingredients. If the child is over a year old and you are adding chia seeds, let the mixture stand for 5-7 minutes. It is better not to add chia for children under one year old because: ☝🏻 High fiber content: in babies under one year old, chia often causes bloating, gas, loose stools, or discomfort. ✌🏻 For children under one year, the digestive system is still sensitive, and chia can easily disrupt the balance.

  2. 2

Heat a frying pan and set to low heat. Bake small pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side.
