Oil, Minced meat (beef), Zucchini, Carrot, Sweet potato (optional), Cauliflower, Onion, Tomato, Green beans, Water

A balanced vegetable ragout simmering lean beef mince with zucchini, carrot, cauliflower, onion, tomato and optional sweet potato. It's a hearty, slow-cooked stew rich in protein and vegetables for babies from around 8 months. Cook until everything is very tender and mash or chop to suit your baby's stage.

Ingredients

  • Oil1 tsp
  • Minced meat (beef)30 g
  • Zucchini50 g
  • Carrot50 g
  • Sweet potato (optional)50 g
  • Cauliflower50 g
  • Onion1/2 pc
  • Tomato1 pc
  • Green beans20 g
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a cold pot.

    Add water.

    Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
