Real Sausages

Real homemade sausages made with chicken, carrot, milk and egg — naturally coloured with a little beetroot juice and free from additives. Soft and mild, they're an easy finger food for babies from around 8 months. Steam or simmer until fully cooked, then cool and slice into grabbable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Chicken meat200 g
  • Beet juice2 tbsp
  • Carrots50 g
  • Milk3 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc

Instructions

    Place the meat, carrots, milk, and egg into a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, use a meat grinder.

    Grate a piece of beet and squeeze the juice into the mixture.

    Transfer the mixture into a sausage mold (a link to the mold can be found in the 'Inventory Links' section).

    Place in the freezer until completely set. ❄️ Cooking after defrosting: You can steam them or put them in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F). ❄️ It is best to defrost before cooking. ⏰ Store for no longer than 180 days.
