Red Pancakes

Oats, Beetroot, Curd cheese, Milk

Red pancakes get their colour and earthy sweetness from boiled beetroot, blended with oats, baby curd and milk. They're a nutritious, fun breakfast that's rich in iron and fibre for babies from around 7 months. Cook gently until set and serve in soft strips — beetroot may tint diapers pink, which is normal.
