Rice with Fish and Vegetables
Rice, Fish, Broccoli, Carrot, Oil, Water
This dish combines well-cooked rice with mild fish, broccoli and carrot for a soft, balanced bowl rich in protein and nutrients. It's an easy way to serve fish from around 8 months. Cook everything tender, flake the fish carefully to remove any bones, and mash or chop to suit your baby.

- Broccoli3-4 florets

- Water500 ml

Cut the boneless pollock fillet into cubes and place in a pan.

Add the rinsed rice, oil, and vegetables.
