Chicken thigh mince, Zucchini, Onion, Egg

Sausages

Homemade chicken sausages with zucchini, onion and egg are a tender, additive-free alternative to shop-bought ones. Soft and mild, they're easy for babies to manage from around 7 months and great for little hands. Steam or simmer until fully cooked, then cool and slice into safe, grabbable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh mince200 g
  • Zucchini100 g
  • Onion1/2 piece
  • Egg1 piece

Instructions

  1. 1

Put all ingredients into a blender.

  2. 2

Place the mixture into a sausage mold. (You can order one on WB, the link is in the 'Useful Links' section). Put it in the freezer until firm. The sausages can be steamed after removing from the mold or cooked in a pot with a small amount of water. ❄️It is best to defrost before cooking if you plan to cook them in the mold; if cooking without the mold, do not defrost. ⏰Store in the freezer for no more than 180 days.
