Turkey fillet, Garlic, Liver, Butter, Water
These sausages combine lean turkey with iron-rich boiled chicken liver, garlic and butter into soft, savoury links — a clever way to slip nutrient-dense liver into a familiar shape. Suitable from around 9 months. Steam or simmer until fully cooked, then cool and slice into safe, grabbable pieces.
Ingredients
- Turkey fillet250 g
- Chicken liver (boiled)30 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Butter20 g
- Water3 tbsp

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 5-7 minutes.

Spread the mixture into a mold and steam the sausages for 20 minutes.

For children over one year old, add salt to taste. Liver can be added as desired. For extra juiciness, you can add 1/2 a potato to the mixture.
