Cabbage, Onion, Carrot

A gentle shchi made with white cabbage, carrot and onion — a light, traditional vegetable soup that's easy on little tummies. Simmered until soft and mild, it's a comforting way to offer vegetables from around 8 months. Cook everything tender and serve warm at a safe temperature.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage300 g
  • Carrot150 g
  • Onion1/2 pc

Instructions

    Place the cabbage, carrots, and onion in a blender and pulse until they reach the desired piece size.

    Boil the meat separately and cut it into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the vegetables and meat, and pack into bags.

    Place in the freezer until completely frozen. Preparation: Add the contents of the bag to boiling water. Peel and dice the potatoes, then add them to the pot as well. Cook until tender. At the end, you can add a spoonful of oil and herbs to taste.
