Simple and Tender Casserole

Banana, Curd, Egg, Berry

This simple and tender casserole bakes ripe banana with egg, curd and a few berries into a soft, naturally sweet square rich in protein. It's a quick, wholesome breakfast for babies from around 8 months. Bake until just set, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces for self-feeding.

Ingredients

  • Ripe banana1 pc (90-100 g)
  • Egg C12 pcs
  • 5% curd (cottage cheese)200 g
  • Any berryTo taste

Instructions

    Blend the banana, curd, and eggs with an immersion blender until liquid.

    Pour the mixture into molds and top with any berry.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
