Simple Lunch
Buckwheat, Broccoli, Egg, Water, Oil
A simple lunch of buckwheat, egg and broccoli — iron-rich, naturally gluten-free and balanced with greens and protein. It's a quick, nourishing bowl for babies from around 8 months. Cook the buckwheat soft and the egg through fully, then combine and serve warm at a safe temperature.
Ingredients
- Buckwheat70 g
- Egg1 pc
- Broccoli6-7 florets
- Oil1 tbsp
- Water200 ml
Instructions

Place the broccoli in a pan and cover with water.

Add the rinsed buckwheat and a little oil to it.

Cook until done and the water has evaporated.

At the end, add the egg and mix well.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes over low heat.
