Dried Apricots, Cashews, Oats
These no-bake snack bars combine dried apricots, cashews and oats into chewy, energy-boosting bites rich in fibre and healthy fats. They're a handy on-the-go snack for toddlers from around 12 months. Blend, press and chill until firm, then cut into small pieces — always supervise, as nuts need care.
Ingredients
- Dried apricots150 g
- Cashews150 g
- Oats30 g
Instructions

Rinse the dried apricots and soak them in boiling water for 5 minutes.

Place the cashews and oats in a blender and process until combined.

Transfer the cashew-oat mixture to a bowl. Place the dried apricots in the blender and process well. Combine the apricot paste with the cashew-oat mixture.

Roll out the mixture with a rolling pin and cut into individual bar-shaped portions.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 5 minutes, or in an air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
