Spaghetti with secret liver folds blended chicken liver into a savoury sauce with onion and garlic over soft pasta — a clever, iron-rich way to serve liver that toddlers happily eat. Suitable from around 8 months. Cook the pasta soft, cut it short, and serve warm at a safe temperature.

Ingredients

  • Boiled liver, blended50 g
  • Spaghetti or pasta200 g (cooked)
  • Ghee1 tsp
  • Dried garlic2 tsp
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Onion30 g

Instructions

    Boil the spaghetti until cooked.

    Place the ghee and onion in a preheated pan over low heat. Sauté until golden.

    Add the liver, garlic, and water to the onion and mix. Add the spaghetti, stir, and cook while stirring for another 2-3 minutes.
