This spinach pancake blends fresh spinach into a simple egg-and-flour batter for a vibrant, vitamin-rich bite that sneaks greens into the day. Soft and mild, it's a fun option for babies from around 8 months. Cook gently until set, then cool and serve in strips little hands can grip.

Ingredients

  • Spinach8-10 leaves
  • Egg1 pc
  • Water3 tbsp
  • Flour2 tbsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Bake as small pancakes in a dry non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

    Spread with sour cream, roll into a tube, and cut into small pieces.
