Spinach Pancake (egg-free)

An egg-free spinach pancake made with just spinach, flour and water — a simple, vitamin-rich option for babies avoiding egg. Soft and mild, it's an easy way to add greens from around 8 months. Cook gently until set, then cool and serve in strips that little hands can grip.

Ingredients

  • Spinach20 g
  • Water100 ml
  • Wheat flour2 tbsp
  • Any oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a blender (you can add 10-20g of mozzarella for extra flavor).

    Cook small pancakes for 2 minutes on each side and fill with baby cottage cheese. Roll them up and cut into mini portions.
