Strawberry Banana Waffles
Oatmeal, Strawberry, Banana, Baby Quark/Cottage Cheese, Egg, Butter or Ghee
Strawberry banana waffles blend oatmeal, banana and sweet strawberries with quark and egg for a fibre-and-protein-rich breakfast that's naturally sweet. Soft and golden, they're a lovely option for babies from around 8 months. Cook until set in a waffle iron, then cool and serve in strips.
Ingredients
- Oatmeal30 g
- Banana50 g
- Strawberry (frozen or fresh)50 g
- Baby Quark (or plain cottage cheese)95 g
- Egg1 pc
- Butter or Ghee15 g
Instructions

Place the oatmeal in a blender and process well.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Bake the waffles for 4 minutes each.

For children over one year old, you can add a pinch of salt to taste.
