Stuffed Flatbread

Egg, Broccoli, Flour, Cheese, Tomato, Dry Garlic

A stuffed flatbread filled with broccoli, tomato and cheese makes a soft, savoury, vegetable-rich bite that's fun to eat by hand. It's a great way to serve greens to toddlers from around 10 months. Cook until set and golden, then cool slightly and cut into manageable strips.
