Stuffed Pancakes

Egg, Flour, Oil, Berries, Curd/Quark, Milk

These stuffed pancakes wrap a soft curd-and-berry filling in tender egg-and-flour pancakes for a protein-rich, lightly sweet breakfast. They're a fun, vitamin-packed option for babies from around 8 months. Cook the pancakes gently, fill and roll, then cool and slice into manageable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Egg (C1)1 pc
  • Any flour1 tbsp
  • Milk3 tbsp
  • Oil1 tsp
  • Curd (Quark)1 tbsp
  • Any berries50 g

Instructions

    In a deep bowl, mix the egg, milk, flour, and oil.

    Mash the berries with a fork, add the curd, and mix well.

    Pour 2 or 4 small pancakes onto a preheated frying pan.

    Place a teaspoon of the curd and berry mixture onto one or two of the pancakes.

    Cover each with a second pancake.

    Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
