Super Buckwheat
Buckwheat, 'Secret' liver, Onion, Carrot, Water, Butter, Paprika
Super buckwheat stirs iron-rich blended liver into wholesome buckwheat with carrot and onion for a deeply nourishing, naturally gluten-free bowl. It's a clever way to combine two iron sources for babies from around 8 months. Simmer until soft, then serve warm at a safe temperature.
Ingredients

- 'Secret' liver (recipe in the 'Preparations' section)100 g
- Onion1/4 pc
- Carrot30 g
- Water350 ml
- Ground paprika1 tsp
- Ghee butter1 tsp

Sauté the onion and carrot slightly in ghee, add the paprika, and stir.

Rinse the buckwheat well, add it to the pan with the vegetables, stir, and pour in the water. Adjust the water amount based on your buckwheat variety, as different types absorb water differently.

At the end, add the 'secret' liver and stir.
