Sweet French toast made with bread, egg and banana is a quick, naturally sweet breakfast that toddlers enjoy from around 12 months. The banana replaces added sugar while the egg adds protein. Cook until golden and set, then cool and cut into strips or fingers for easy self-feeding.
Ingredients

- Egg1 pc
- Banana70 g
- Saltto taste
Instructions

Mash the banana with a fork, add the egg, a pinch of salt, and mix well.

Cut the bread into strips. Dip the bread into the mixture and place it on a preheated pan.
