Sweet Potato and Fruit Bagels
Sweet potato, cottage cheese, egg, apple, banana, wheat flour
Sweet potato and fruit bagels combine creamy sweet potato with cottage cheese, apple and banana in a soft, naturally sweet ring that's perfect for baby-led weaning. Rich in vitamins and gentle protein, they're easy for little hands to hold from around 7 months. Bake until set, then cool and serve in safe pieces.
Ingredients
- Sweet potato (raw)130 g
- Cottage cheese130 g
- Egg1 pc
- Apple50 g
- Banana40 g
- Wheat flour2 heaping tbsp
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into molds; muffin molds can be used.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Let them cool slightly before serving.

The bagels turn out very tender and are perfect for introducing solid food pieces.
