Apple, Cottage Cheese, Yogurt or Sour Cream, Raisins, Banana

This tasty snack layers grated apple with cottage cheese, yogurt, banana and a few raisins into a protein-rich, naturally sweet bowl full of fibre and vitamins. It's a quick, wholesome dessert or snack for babies from around 8 months. Mix and serve fresh — soak the raisins soft for younger eaters.
Ingredients
- Large apple1 pc
- Cottage cheese2-3 tbsp
- Yogurt or sour cream2 tsp
- Raisins4-5 pcs
- Banana1/2 pc

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wash the apple, cut off the “lid”, and carefully remove the core without cutting through to the bottom.

Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt/sour cream until creamy. Add mashed banana and raisins (you can use just one of them). Fill the apple with the mixture and cover with the “lid”.

Place in a baking dish, add 2–3 tbsp of water to the bottom. Bake for 20–30 minutes until the apple is soft (time depends on the variety).
