Tender Cabbage Rolls
Chicken thigh fillet, Carrot, Onion, Broccoli or Cauliflower, Rice flakes
Tender cabbage rolls of chicken, carrot, onion and rice flakes wrapped in soft broccoli or cauliflower leaves — a vegetable-packed, protein-rich meal that freezes beautifully. A wholesome batch-cook option for babies from around 8 months. Simmer or bake until fully cooked and serve cut to a safe size.
Ingredients

- Onion1 pc
- I use 2 types of cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. You can choose just one4 florets
- Rice flakes (or rice)20 g

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Form into small patties.

Place in the freezer until completely frozen. Preparation after thawing: Steam for 30 minutes🙌🏻 You can use a steamer or a frying pan by adding a little water to the bottom🔥 Can be stored for up to 180 days❄️
