These tender meat patties blend turkey or chicken with broccoli, carrot and onion, kept moist with a touch of sour cream. They deliver high-quality protein and vegetables in a soft, gentle texture from around 8 months. Steam or pan-cook until cooked through, then cool and serve cut to a safe size.
Ingredients
- Turkey or chicken fillet200 g
- Broccoli70 g
- Carrot50 g
- Onion20 g
- Water300 ml
- Sour cream 15%3 tbsp
- Oil1 tsp
Instructions

Blend the fillet and vegetables, mix well, and shape into small patties.

Place them on a dry frying pan and lightly brown on both sides.

Combine the sour cream, water, and oil in a separate container, stir well, and pour over the patties.

Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
