Tender Meatballs

Chicken breast minced meat, Zucchini, Onion

Tender Meatballs

Tender chicken-breast meatballs with grated zucchini and onion stay wonderfully moist thanks to the unsqueezed zucchini. Soft and mild, they're easy for babies to chew from around 8 months and perfect for self-feeding. Steam or simmer until fully cooked and serve cut to a safe size.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast minced meat200 g
  • Zucchini (do not squeeze)100 g
  • Onion1/2 pc

Instructions

  1. 1

Finely chop the onion and add it to the minced meat.

  2. 2

Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater and mix it with the minced meat and onion.

  3. 3

With wet hands, roll into balls the size of a small onion and place them on a saucer.

  4. 4

Put into the freezer until completely frozen. Once frozen, take it out, pour a little cold water onto the saucer, and the balls will easily detach from the plate. Place in a bag and return to the freezer. They can be cooked by steaming or in a saucepan with a small amount of water for 30 minutes. ❄️Make sure to defrost before cooking ⏰Store in the freezer for no longer than 180 days.
