Tender Sausages
Chicken thigh fillet, Zucchini, Onion, Carrot, Egg
These tender homemade sausages combine chicken thigh, zucchini, carrot, onion and egg into a soft, additive-free finger food. The grated vegetables keep them moist and add nutrients. A great self-feeding option from around 8 months — steam or simmer until cooked through, then cool and slice.
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh fillet300 g
- Zucchini150 g
- Onion (small bulb)1 pc
- Carrot (raw)50 g
- Egg1 pc
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved.

Transfer the mixture into a sausage mold.

Cook in a pot with a small amount of water or in a steamer for 30 minutes. Remaining mixture can be frozen and cooked without a mold by steaming or boiling in a pot with a small amount of water, without thawing.
