The Most Tender Sausages

These most tender sausages blend lean chicken or turkey with potato and a little dried garlic into soft, additive-free links the whole family can enjoy. Quick to make and gentle for little mouths, they suit toddlers from around 8 months. Steam or simmer until cooked through, then cool and slice.
Ingredients
- Chicken or turkey fillet200 g
- Potatoes120 g
- Water100-150 ml
- Dried garlic1/2 tsp
- Any oil1 tbsp

Peel the potatoes and dice the meat. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

For children over one year old, you can add a pinch of salt.

Transfer the mixture into molds and steam for 20 minutes over medium heat. Alternatively, pour a little water into a pan, place the covered mold with the sausages inside, and steam under a lid for the same 20 minutes.
