Turkey mince, Zucchini, Carrot
Mild turkey baked into grated zucchini makes a moist, tender meal that's gentle and protein-rich. The zucchini keeps everything soft while carrot adds sweetness and colour. A lovely lean-meat option for babies from around 8 months — cook until set and cut into safe, manageable pieces.
Ingredients
- Turkey mince200 g
- Zucchini (medium)1 pc
- Carrot1 pc
Instructions

Add grated carrot to the turkey mince and mix.

Cut the zucchini into slices and remove the centers.

Fill the centers with the mixture; you can sprinkle each slice with cheese if desired.

Place in the freezer until completely frozen. Cooking method: steam or bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
