Turkey Rings
Ground turkey breast, rice flour, zucchini, herbs
Turkey rings combine lean ground turkey with rice flour and zucchini into soft, ring-shaped bites that little hands love to grip. They're a moist, protein-rich finger food for babies from around 8 months. Steam, bake or pan-cook until fully cooked, then cool and serve at a safe size.
Ingredients
- Ground turkey breast100 g
- Rice flour1 tsp
- Zucchini100 g
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Form into rings and place in a lightly heated pan with a drop of oil, or in a dry pan.

Add 50 ml of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Lightly brown on both sides after the water has evaporated.
