These vegetable fritters blend raw broccoli and cauliflower into an egg-and-flour batter for a quick, green-packed bite. They're a simple way to serve two cruciferous vegetables to babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until set and golden, then cool and cut into strips for self-feeding.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli and cauliflower (raw)150 g
  • Egg1 pc
  • Flour1 tbsp
  • Oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Bake on a dry pan over LOW heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
