Vegetable fritters blend zucchini and broccoli with oatmeal and egg for a soft, green-packed bite rich in fibre. They're a wholesome, light meal or snack for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until set and golden, then cool and serve in strips that little hands can grip.
Ingredients
- Zucchini100 g
- Broccoli40 g
- Oatmeal30 g
- Egg1 pc
- Any oil1 tsp

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Let the mixture sit for 5-7 minutes.

Heat the pan well and reduce to low heat. Bake the fritters for 3-4 minutes on each side. For children over one year old, add salt to taste. 🧂
