Carrot, Cauliflower, Cheese, Corn flour, Egg

Vegetable sticks combine carrot and cauliflower with cheese, corn flour and egg into crisp-soft fingers that little hands love to grip. They're a fun, vegetable-rich snack for toddlers from around 10 months. Bake or pan-cook until set, then cool and serve in safe, grabbable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Carrot1 pc
  • Cauliflower100g
  • Cheese40 g
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc

Instructions

    Steam the carrots and cauliflower for 20 minutes.

    Mash them with a fork and add all other ingredients. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Form into sticks and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
