Vegetable Waffles

Vegetable waffles combine cauliflower, cheese and tomato in an egg-and-flour batter for a quick, savoury, vegetable-rich snack. Soft and fun, they're a great way to serve veg to toddlers from around 10 months. Cook until set in a waffle iron, then cool and cut into grabbable pieces.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower60 g
- Cheese20 g
- Tomato40 g
- Flour2 tbsp
- Egg2 pcs
Instructions

1. Steam the cauliflower for 5-6 minutes and chop finely.

2. Grate the cheese, finely chop the tomato and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

3. Bake in a waffle iron for 5 minutes. *Can also be baked as pancakes.
