Very delicious pancakes

Banana, Rice flour, Egg, Sour cream, Berries

These very delicious pancakes blend banana with berries, egg and rice flour for a soft, naturally sweet, fibre-and-protein-rich breakfast. A little sour cream or curd keeps them tender. A lovely option for babies from around 8 months — pan-cook gently until set, then cool and serve in strips.

Ingredients

  • Banana130 g
  • Egg1 pc
  • Any berries40 g
  • Rice flour2 tbsp heaping
  • Baking powder (after one year of age)1/2 tsp
  • Sour cream, baby curd, or Greek yogurt1 tbsp

Instructions

    Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

    Preheat a frying pan and set to low heat. Cook the pancakes for 4 minutes on each side over low heat.
