Vitamin Omelet

Egg, Milk, Cherry tomato, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cheese

A vitamin omelet baked with broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomato and cheese — soft, protein-rich and packed with vegetables. It's an easy way to load the morning with greens for babies from around 8 months. Cook the egg through fully, then cut into strips or squares for self-feeding.

Ingredients

  • Egg1 pc
  • Milk3 tbsp
  • Cherry tomato3 pcs
  • Broccoli1 floret
  • Cauliflower1 floret
  • Cheesea pinch

Instructions

    Whisk the egg, milk, and cheese together (cheese is optional, you can omit it if your little one doesn't eat it).

    Pour into silicone molds.

  3. 3

    Add the cherry tomatoes (you can use 1/2 of a regular tomato).

    Add the broccoli and cauliflower.

  5. 5

    Steam for 15 minutes. ♨️In an air fryer - 8 minutes at 180°C.
