Vitamin soup 2.0 simmers tender meat with carrot, potato, celery and lentils into a balanced, nourishing bowl of protein, vegetables and gentle plant fibre. It's a comforting meal for babies from around 8 months. Cook everything until very soft, then serve warm at a safe temperature.
Ingredients

- Carrot20 g
- Butter1 tsp
- Potato1 small
- Celery20 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Water500 ml
- Lentils30 g
Instructions

Place the butter, diced meat, carrot, celery, garlic, and rinsed lentils into a thick-bottomed pot. Simmer slightly on low heat.

Add water and cook for 20 minutes after reaching a boil.

Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
